About Me
Hi, I’m Mel
I help dental practices build the operational infrastructure that supports their team, strengthens their systems, and creates lasting stability.
I’ve spent my career working behind the scenes of dental and healthcare operations, solving the kinds of problems that quietly grow until they become expensive, stressful, or impossible to ignore.
That’s where I come in.
I help dental practices strengthen the infrastructure that supports their team. Whether that’s building employee handbooks, creating SOPs, organizing onboarding, documenting workflows, updating compliance requirements, or developing training systems.
My goal isn’t to change what already works. My goal is to preserve it, strengthen it, and make it sustainable.
I’M NATURALLY CURIOUS.
I don’t like applying generic templates or forcing practices into someone else’s system. I ask questions, look for patterns, and work to understand why your office operates the way it does before making recommendations. The best operational systems aren’t the most complicated, they are the ones your team will actually use.
My background combines operations, compliance, documentation, process improvement, and an unusual love for organizing complexity.
I genuinely enjoy taking information that feels overwhelming and turning it into something clear, practical, and easy to maintain.
Good Infrastructure should feel almost invisible.
It reduces stress, protects your practice, helps your team succeed, and gives doctors more time to focus on the work only they can do.
My role isn’t to tell you how to run your practice.
IT’S TO BUILD THE FRAMEWORK THAT HELPS YOUR PRACTICE RUN WITH GREATER CONFIDENCE, CONSISTENCY, AND CLARITY.
