ABOUT ME

I work best in the deep end.

Before healing, for years I tried to earn safety by performing stability. I kept the peace, wore the mask, over-explained, and smiled through quiet collapses. What I know now is that healing doesn’t mean becoming someone else. It means being honest with your patterns, your wiring, and your needs.

I’m a Certified Trauma Recovery Coach, writer, systems thinker and someone who refuses to water things down. I have spent over 15 years in my own therapeutic process to overcome the challenges of CPTSD and learning how to hold space for others. I have read dozens of books and taken classes studying different modalities, relational dynamics, addiction, boundaries, emotions, nervous system regulation, and generational trauma.

This is where The Final Framework™ was born. Through my lived experience and research, I have created a coaching method to untangle the web of conflicting emotions that happen from complex trauma, and help aid in gaining the self trust you never had.

Snapshot of me:

  • Fascinated by how people work—emotionally, relationally, internally

  • Horror movies, art, and writing are my comfort zone

  • Queer

  • I choose self-trust over self-improvement, nuance over neatness, and understanding over judgement

  • I am a straight shooter with empathy

  • I live in Olympia, WA

  • My partner and I have a dog named Mash; and two cats named Pumpkin and Shadow

  • I love Macaroni and Cheese
