I’ve spent my career working behind the scenes of dental and healthcare operations, solving the kinds of problems that quietly grow and cause chaos and confusion.

MY BACKGROUND combines operations, compliance, documentation, process improvement, and an unusual love for organizing complexity.
I hold a Bachelors in Healthcare Administration, and have over 10 years of experience across dental and healthcare settings, including experience as a registered dental assistant. I have supported practices at every level, from chairside care to practice management.
I enjoy taking information that feels overwhelming and turning it into something clear, practical, and easy to maintain for everyone.
I’M NATURALLY CURIOUS.
I don’t like applying generic templates or forcing practices into someone else’s system.
