Training & Onboarding

Give new employees a clear path into the practice.

When onboarding relies on whoever is available that day, every employee receives a different version of the job. Important information gets missed, experienced employees are repeatedly pulled away from their work, and new team members take longer to feel confident in their roles.

I help practices create a structured onboarding and training process that gives new employees the information, support, and expectations they need from the beginning.

The goal is not to eliminate hands-on training. It’s to give that training enough structure that new employees aren’t left guessing, and experienced employees don’t have to start from scratch every time someone joins the team.
